GENEIO®

Sistem GENEIO® je namenjen molekularno diagnostičnim laboratorijem, ki uporabljajo qPCR na dnevni bazi. Je edinstveni sistem, ki avtomatizira celotno pripravo eksperimentov in interpretacijo rezultatov ter posledično skrajša čas procesa qPCR za 40%.
Deluje v skladu s hierarhijo v laboratoriju, standardi ISO 9001, ISO 17025 in je kompatibilen z LIMS sistemi in qPCR inštrumenti.         


GENEIO® visoko-kvalificirane zaposlene razbremeni rutinskega in zamudnega dela. Z njegovo uporabo laboratoriji lahko optimizirajo in standardizirajo postopek qPCR, ter posledično opravijo več qPCR analiz v istem časovnem obdobju in znižajo operativne stroške.

GENEIO® zaradi svoje enostavnosti in kompatibilnosti s sistemi v laboratoriju predstavlja rešitev, ki povezuje do sedaj nepovezan potek dela qPCR. Problem, uporabna vrednost in konkurenčna prednost

Pomanjkljivosti v obstoječih sistemih:
Čeprav je qPCR postala neizogibna tehnologija v številnih laboratorijih, se še vedno soočamo z resnimi problemi ponovljivosti rezultatov in zanesljivosti. Ni standardiziranega pristopa do priprave, optimizacije in validacije qPCR med laboratoriji obenem pa uporabnikom velik problem predstavljajo tudi zelo kompleksne programske rešitve in uporabniški vmesniki, katere je precej tezko uporabljati in niso med sabo kompatibilni. Zato še vedno več kot 75% uporabnikov tehnologije qPCR ima izobrazbo na visokem nivoju (doktorat ali še višja izobrazba). Vsi ti faktorji vplivajo na zelo zahtevno in drago implementacijo tehnologije qPCR v laboratorije.


Rešitev, ki jo ponuja GENEIO®:
GENEIO® povezuje celoten potek dela qPCR v pet enostavnih korakov, omogoča avtomatizirano pripravo eksperimentov in analizo rezultatov, ter komunicira s qPCR inštrumenti. Na ta način skrajša čas potreben za pridobivanje končnih qPCR rezultatov v diagnostičnih laboratorijih za do 40%. Vse to v skladu s standardi ISO 9001, ISO 17025 ter zahtevami kontrole kakovosti. PlatR je zanesljiva rešitev za enostavno ročno pipetiranje, razvita za preprosto uporabo in primerna za vsak laboratorij, ki uporablja mikrotitrske ploščice. Glavna uporabna vrednost je, da PlatR prevzame nadzor nad zapleteno koordinacijo med vdolbinicami na ploščici. Uporabnik ne rabi zapravljati veliko energije in koncentracije, da bi se spomnil kam nanesti naslednji vzorec. Zato lahko uporabniki pipetirajo več ploščic na dan z isto učinkovitostjo. PlatR zmanjša število napak in omogoči enostavno pipetiranje tudi po več polnih ploščicah. To neposredno vpliva na kvaliteto rezultatov in splošno produktivnost v laboratoriju.  


PlatR je kompatibilen s sistemom GENEIO®, je odličen pripomoček, ki optimizira qPCR potek dela v laboratoriju in bistveno olajša pipetiranje na qPCR ploščice.

Problem, uporabna vrednost in konkurenčna prednost

PlatR je bil razvit tako, da je preprost za uporabo. Le ena preprosta demonstracija je za večino dovolj, da lahko začnejo uporabljati PlatR. Glavne prednosti PlatR-a so: zvišana učinkovitost laboratorijskega osebja, preprostost uporabe, možnost pipetiranja več ploščic v enem dnevu, zmanjšano število napak med pipetiranjem.

Povprečno je cena 3-4 odvrženih ''384-well'' ploščic v laboratoriju (vključeni reagenti, potrošni material in stroški osebja) ista kot cena 1 PlatR.
